Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage social media activities, create engaging content, and support digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
· Create engaging images, posts, creatives, videos, and Reels using Canva or other design/editing tools.
· Plan and execute social media content as per the marketing strategy.
· Create engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
· Set up, manage, and monitor Meta Ads campaigns.
· Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for better reach, engagement, and leads.
· Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google Flow, and other AI platforms for content creation, research, ideas, and marketing activities.
· Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and content strategies.
· Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
· Coordinate with the team to execute digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.ips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
Required Skills
· 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing – Mandatory.
· Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
· Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager.
· Excellent ability to create social media images, creatives, and Reels using Canva or similar tools.
· Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google Flow, and other AI tools.
· Good understanding of social media trends, engagement, and content creation.
· Strong creativity and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, digitally savvy, and passionate about social media marketing, with the ability to independently create engaging content and manage basic paid campaigns.
