Position: Technical Program Manager / Product Manager – Salesforce Sales Cloud
Location: Toronto, ON (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension)

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategy, roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and delivery across Salesforce Sales Cloud and connected enterprise ecosystems.
• Translate business objectives into detailed epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and definitions of done.
• Own and prioritize technical and functional backlogs, balancing feature requests against technical debt, platform limits, security, and delivery capacity.
• Define and govern Salesforce Knowledge capabilities, including authoring workflows, taxonomy, metadata, permissions, search relevance, zero-result analysis, and archiving.
• Establish governance for AI-enabled knowledge applications (RAG/grounding, approved sources, traceability, and human-in-the-loop validation).
• Drive requirements across Salesforce Knowledge, Opportunities, CPQ, PSQ, PSA/Certinia, Advanced Approvals, billing, Cardholder Services, BIOMS, and analytics integration.
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering on API design, data movement, scalability, platform security, release strategy, and observability.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager in an Agile environment.
• In-depth expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, platform architecture, data models, APIs, and security/performance constraints.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Knowledge or enterprise content/knowledge management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to write detailed requirements and manage cross-functional stakeholder alignments (Business, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Security, Legal).
• Strong analytical, communication, and backlog prioritization skills.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, PSA/Certinia, Advanced Approvals, BIOMS, or Cardholder Services.
• Knowledge of GenAI/RAG knowledge governance, enterprise search, and taxonomy.
• Salesforce Certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Administrator).
