The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator provides administrative and SAP support for inbound and outbound warehouse activities. The role ensures that warehouse operations, documentation, inventory records, and logistics planning are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities, manage loading docks, prepare orders, and handle transport and shipping documentation.
- Process inventory movements, warehouse transactions, stock transfers, posting changes, warehouse tasks, and other activities in SAP.
- Manage supplier complaints, coordinate follow-up actions.
- Maintain warehouse administration by archiving documents, checking invoices, supporting stock reconciliations and inventory counts, and monitoring PSA activities.
- Develop forms, and work instructions while participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
What we expect from you:
- Degree in supply chain, logistics, materials, engineering or realted field.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Experience with SAP and good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good spoken and written English and French or Dutch.
