This role is ideal for a full-stack marketer who can develop strategy while also executing the day-to-day work—from building campaign calendars and managing advertising spend to analyzing performance and adjusting tactics based on results.

Success in this role requires someone who thrives in a small-business environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to drive results.
What You'll Do
- Develop campaign concepts and own the marketing calendar from initial planning through launch, deadline management, and post-campaign analysis.
- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, optimization, and day-to-day spend management.
- Own the marketing budget, allocating spend across channels, monitoring performance against goals, and reallocating resources based on results.
- Monitor performance across paid media, email, web, and social channels; identify what is and is not working and translate insights into concrete actions.
- Plan, write, build, and deploy email campaigns and automated flows while identifying opportunities to grow the audience and improve open, click, and conversion rates.
- Attend and support occasional trade shows and consumer events, including setup, teardown, and engaging directly with customers and dealers.
- Manage and mentor marketing team members while coordinating freelancers, agencies, and brand partners to keep projects moving and deadlines on track.
- Support content creation, including basic graphic design and product or lifestyle photography as needed.
- Contribute to product launches, retail initiatives, photo shoots, and other cross-functional priorities as business needs evolve.
What You'll Bring
- 4–7 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally within a small business or lean team where responsibilities included both strategy and execution.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, including direct responsibility for advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret platform and campaign data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable next steps.
- Experience planning and executing email and/or SMS marketing campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Experience managing people or demonstrated readiness to lead a small team by setting priorities, providing feedback, and maintaining momentum.
- Exceptional organizational and deadline-management skills with the ability to manage numerous simultaneous projects.
- Ability to switch efficiently between different priorities and types of work in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on, collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute wherever needed.

- Photography or video experience for product, marketing, or social content is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and wholesale business models, including Shopify, is preferred.
- Experience with apparel, outdoor recreation, hunting, fishing, or powersports industries is a plus.
