What's the opportunity?
We're looking for a Cashier to join our Brixton store on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You'll become part of a friendly and supportive team, helping customers access our products and services while ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
What will you be doing?
- Serving customers face-to-face and processing money transfers, money orders and foreign currency transactions.
- Accurately verifying and entering customer information into company systems.
- Assisting customers with enquiries about our products, services and other Ria locations.
- Identifying and resolving customer queries and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Ria products, services and policies.
- Balancing cash registers and preparing cash for bank deposits.
- Completing daily transaction records accurately.
- Supporting colleagues and undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the store.
