Rol Description:
We are looking for a Banking Consultant to join strategic initiatives within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capabilities, supporting process transformation, and improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, optimize processes, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate projects within the Financial Services Industry
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive optimization initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support change management and implementation activities.
- Contribute to process transformation and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience as a Consultant, Project Manager in Banking Industry or similar role
- Proven experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping, business process analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and financial operations.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
What We Value:
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, or process optimization.
- Experience in financial transformation programs.
- Experience within Banking or Financial Services environments.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
