This is a strategic Marketing Intelligence opportunity focused on connecting marketing, data, technology, and commercial intelligence.
You will help transform market, prospect, campaign, CRM, and performance data into actionable insights that guide business decisions.
The role offers the opportunity to help structure and mature Marketing Operations within a growing, data-driven environment.
You will investigate markets, competitors, customer segments, funnel performance, and emerging opportunities across Education and Government.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and other business teams, you will turn complex information into clear recommendations and growth strategies.

Accountabilities
As a Marketing Intelligence Analyst, you will help structure Marketing Operations, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and generate market and competitive intelligence to support Marketing and Sales strategies. You will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, improve processes, and translate data into practical business recommendations.
- Support the restructuring and development of Marketing Operations by organizing processes, data, and performance indicators.
- Build market and competitive intelligence by monitoring competitors, trends, positioning, offerings, and relevant market movements.
- Map and prioritize markets, segments, and adjacent opportunities across the Education and Government sectors.
- Conduct market potential studies to understand target audiences, business challenges, needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to transform market, CRM, performance, and win/loss data into actionable strategies and recommendations.
- Manage and analyze Marketing data and processes, including funnel performance, conversion, attribution, lead generation, and lead qualification.
- Identify funnel bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve Marketing and Sales performance.
- Manage and analyze generated lead databases and collaborate with Marketing on follow-up strategies and commercial opportunity prioritization.
- Support performance media and demand generation initiatives, particularly event-related campaigns, by evaluating results and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Build reports, dashboards, and performance analyses using CRM, automation, Analytics, and BI tools.
- Consolidate information and generate insights for Marketing, Sales, leadership, and other business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Special Projects, and Education and Government teams while prioritizing initiatives in a lean and evolving environment.
- Help establish scalable processes and analytical frameworks where structures are still being developed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with Marketing Intelligence, Operations, or Business Intelligence experience. You should be comfortable working with data, CRM systems, market research, and performance metrics while translating complex information into clear recommendations. The role also requires autonomy, curiosity, organization, and the ability to build solutions in an evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Business Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, or a related area.
- Experience analyzing data applied to Marketing, Sales, or broader business decisions.
- Strong experience working with CRM platforms and marketing data.
- Experience with BI and Analytics tools, particularly Power BI and Google Analytics/GA4 or equivalent platforms.
- Experience managing and analyzing Marketing and Sales funnels.
- Experience with market segmentation, benchmarking, competitive analysis, or market intelligence.
- Knowledge of the private education/higher education and/or government sectors is a plus.
- Experience building Marketing Operations processes or structures in low-maturity environments or from the ground up is a plus.
- Experience in B2B software or SaaS companies is desirable.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing, Growth, Data, Business Analytics, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong analytical rigor and commitment to data quality.
- Ability to transform complex information into objective analyses and easy-to-understand recommendations.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing initiatives in a lean environment.
