You will work closely with our local management team and customers while helping establish the systems, standards and culture of a growing business.

For the right person, this role provides an opportunity to grow with AT-PAC as the New Zealand business develops, with potential future pathways across operations, customer service, sales and management.

The Role

You will be responsible for the safe, efficient and organised operation of the AT-PAC yard, including:

- Supervising day-to-day yard activities and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

- Preparing and organising customer orders for dispatch and collection.

- Interacting professionally with customers, transport operators and suppliers.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe yard environment.

- Manually handling, storing, sorting and packing scaffold materials to support your team.

- Ensuring company safety procedures, policies and operational standards are maintained.

- Working independently and taking ownership of the yard when required.

- Identifying opportunities to improve yard processes, efficiency and service.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a yard, logistics, Industrial, commercial and site based environments, warehouse or similar.

- A current Forklift Licence and confidence operating a forklift in a busy yard environment.

- Experience using computers and inventory, warehouse or logistics management systems.

- Experience coordinating truck movements, deliveries and collections.

- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and stock accuracy.

- The ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers, drivers, suppliers and internal teams.

- The ability to lead by example and maintain high safety standards.

- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- A full driver's licence and reliable transport.

- The physical capability to undertake manual work, including regular lifting of materials up to 20kg.

Industry Experience – Desirable

- Experience in scaffolding, formwork, construction, civil infrastructure, building materials, transport or related industries would be highly regarded.

- In particular, experience with scaffold systems, scaffold yards or businesses servicing the construction industry would be advantageous.

- Experience with Quantify or similar inventory/scaffold management systems is desirable, but not essential.
