Mission
NERD is looking for a recruitment apprentice to join the HR team for one year. Against a backdrop of evolving recruitment needs and the recent rollout of our new ATS (Applicant Tracking System), this apprenticeship will contribute to the day-to-day running of recruitment while supporting the structuring of our new tools and processes.
Under the guidance of the HR team, you will progressively gain autonomy on operational recruitment activities.
This apprenticeship is designed as a gradual skill-building journey across 4 main areas:
Recruitment
- Engage the best talent for NERD and offer a great candidate experience.
- Coordinate every step of the recruitment process, from first contact through on-site interviews to the final decision
Additional projects
- Support the onboarding of newcomers
- Update our recruitment documentation and best practices
- Lend a hand on ad hoc HR projects throughout the year
Contribute to configuring and optimizing our tools
- Take part in the continuous improvement of Greenhouse, our newly deployed ATS
- Track recruitment metrics and feed our dashboards
NERD's employer branding
- Support NERD at forums and with partner schools
- Organize and showcase our recruitment events, both internally and externally
Candidate profile

- Master's-level (Bac+4/5) in HR, business school, or university, ideally in your final year
- A first experience in HR/recruitment (internship, apprenticeship) is a real plus
- A genuine curiosity for recruitment and a desire to specialize in the field
- Comfortable with HR tools; prior experience with an ATS is a plus
- Organized and rigorous, with strong follow-through
- Comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders (technical managers, candidates, schools)
- A strong sense of confidentiality
- Excellent English and French communication skills, as the role involves working in an international environment on a daily basis.
Additional information
This apprenticeship is based in central Paris, and candidates must be able to commute to the office everyday.
