The Role
- Operate and continuously develop our existing migration tool to optimize migration processes
- Plan and execute complex migration projects in close coordination with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation measures to ensure a smooth and error-free transition
- Document and report the entire migration process and participate in on-call duty to ensure operations
What You'll Need
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Several years of practical experience in data migration
- Profound knowledge of SQL, MSSQL SSIS, and common migration tools
- Solid programming skills in Python
- Willingness to learn new technologies like JSON, Mirth, HL7, and our KIS
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills for complex migration scenarios
- Strong communication skills in German and English, coupled with teamwork, flexibility, and independent working style
