Requirements
Must-have experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse.
- Strong development experience using C# and .NET.
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 CRM plugins.
- Proficiency in JavaScript development.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM Forms, Views, Dashboards, and Security Model.
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Services, including Azure Functions and Service Bus.
- Experience using Git and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with SQL.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards with Power BI.
- Experience leveraging AI development tools such as Claude, Codex, Antigravity, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-have experience
- Experience with Copilot Studio.
- Experience with SSRS and SSIS.
- Experience using XrmToolBox.
- Experience with the Atlassian Suite.
Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM applications based on business requirements.
- Develop plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support testing activities, deployments, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Follow development standards, ALM best practices, and established coding guidelines.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective solutions to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure solution quality, maintainability, and alignment with business objectives.
