As we set our sights on expanding, we’re on the hunt for a Payroll Specialist to join us. If you're ready to embark on an adventure with us and help revolutionize pet insurance, we want to hear from you!
This position is placed at our office in Stockholm where we apply a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week. You will be reporting directly to our CFO.
Tasks
- You will own and run our end-to-end payroll process across our markets (Sweden, Germany, France and UK)
- You will be the main point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and managers
- You will work closely with Finance and HR to ensure accurate and timely salary payments
- You will manage relationships with external payroll providers and authorities
- You will ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements
- You will continuously improve and document our payroll processes as we scale
- You will be responsible of payroll related reporting and statistics
- Assist managers and employees with questions regarding contracts and benefits
- Support with different HR related tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in international payroll in a multi-country setup
- Strong knowledge of Swedish payroll legislation and tax rules; knowledge of German and/or French payroll is a plus
- Experience working with payroll systems
- High attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and deadlines
- Able to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving environment
- Fluent in Swedish and English
