We have an exciting opportunity to join Cyber Security, within Digital and Information Services at the University of Oxford, and are currently seeking to recruit 2 x Cyber Security Delivery Support posts, working a minimum of 2 days on site.
We are looking for a Cyber Security Delivery Support professional to work closely with the Cyber Security Delivery Partners, divisional stakeholders, and central Cyber Security teams to coordinate and support the delivery of cyber security priorities across the division.
Location: Oxford University Offices, 16 Wellington Square, Oxford OX1 2JH with hybrid working possible (minimum 2 days on site per week)
Salary: £39,424-£47,779 per annum
Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), fixed-term to 31 July 2029, with the expectation of extension, subject to funding. Applications are also welcomed from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 30 hours/0.8 FTE) and/or flexibly.

This role will provide day-to-day support for cyber security delivery activities, helping the Cyber Security Delivery Partner to track actions, maintain governance and reporting, support remediation activity, and assist with embedding security requirements into divisions, departments, and technology areas. The role will ensure that cyber security initiatives are organised, visible, and progressing in line with divisional and university priorities.

About you
You will work with teams across IT, operations, risk, compliance, and business functions to support meetings, reporting, risk and issue tracking, audit activity, and follow up actions. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their cyber security, risk, and stakeholder management expertise in a practical delivery-focused environment.
We’re looking for:
•Experience in cyber security, information security, technology, risk, compliance, or project/support roles
• Good organisational skills and the ability to track multiple actions and priorities
• Understanding of cyber security, risk, governance, or control concepts
• Ability to work with different stakeholders and communicate clearly
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow through
• Relevant qualifications or certifications such as CISM, CISMP, Security+, ISO 27001 Foundation, or similar are desirable
