You need:
- 3+ years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or similar client-facing technical role
- Strong hands-on engineering skills (Backend or Full-stack)
Nice to have:
- Lead / Management experience
- Experience with NLP or AI-powered products
- Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese
