As a Sales Agent, you'll help customers find the insurance products that best suit their needs while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Selling Motor, Home, and Travel Insurance products
-Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries
-Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
-Converting sales opportunities through effective communication and consultation
-Building positive customer relationships
-Achieving and exceeding individual and team targets
-Delivering outstanding customer service on every interaction
-Escalating complex queries when required
What We're Looking For
-Minimum 1 year of sales experience
-Proven ability to achieve or exceed targets
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Positive, motivated, and results-driven attitude
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Contact centre experience is beneficial but not essential
-APA/CIP qualifications are desirable, or a willingness to work towards obtaining them
