Job Description
We are looking for a Documentation Expert / Technical Writer with 4-6 years of experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation. Candidates with prior SAP documentation experience will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical and functional documents.
- Prepare user guides, process documents, SOPs, manuals, and release notes.
- Collect information from technical and functional teams and convert it into clear documentation.
- Review and update existing documents.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and well-structured.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and meet documentation deadlines.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in technical writing/documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Good understanding of technical/functional concepts.
- Prior SAP documentation experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, MS Word, etc.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
