The role
We are hiring the person who builds the operating system behind Patterno's go-to-market engine.
Pipeline is growing, the SDR and AE teams are expanding, and every outbound cycle, deal, dashboard, enrichment flow, and CRM workflow needs to run on clean technical infrastructure. You will own that system end to end.
This is not a reporting role. You are a builder. You turn fragmented founder-built workflows into reliable systems that the sales team uses every day. Enrichment pipelines, CRM automations, dashboards, sales tools, ICP prioritization, outbound infrastructure, data quality, call analysis. If it makes our GTM motion faster, cleaner, or more effective, it sits in your world.
You work directly with the SDR and AE teams, ship improvements fast, and calibrate weekly with the founders on the next lever. If this works, this role becomes the foundation for leading RevOps and GTM Systems as we scale.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
- Our enrichment engine runs as one system. Firmographic data, procurement signals, decision-maker context, AI-based research, and CRM records flow into a clean source of truth.
- SDRs and AEs work from one consolidated sales tool stack, with a clear playbook for what each tool does and when it is used.
- Pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, activity, cycle length, win rate, and data-quality health are live, trusted, and reviewed every week.
- You ship one signature system end to end. You choose the highest-leverage problem after your first weeks on the ground, then build the system that solves it.
- You identify the next major GTM lever and align with the founders on what gets built next.
What you'll do
- Own our enrichment engine end to end. Build multi-source ICP enrichment with Clay, AI agents, custom pipelines, APIs, Supabase, and Attio, so sales works with clean and contextual data.
- Build and maintain the dashboards that steer the GTM team: pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, activity, cycle length, win rate, data-quality health, and founder-level ad-hoc analysis.
- Own CRM workflows across schema, automations, integrations, hygiene, and source-of-truth definitions.
- Build systems that prioritize which accounts get worked when, based on signal quality, fit, and win probability.
- Ship outbound and email infrastructure that lets SDRs run more cycles with less manual overhead.
- Improve data quality relentlessly through deduplication, enrichment confidence scoring, source definitions, and hygiene loops.
- Turn sales calls and pipeline data into structured signal that changes how we target, message, and prioritize accounts.
- Evaluate, introduce, and remove sales tools. You decide what deserves a place in the stack.
- Work closely with SDRs, AEs, and founders. Ship, measure, learn, repeat.
What you bring
Must-haves
- 1+ year in a GTM Engineer, RevOps Engineer, Sales Ops Engineer, or comparable technical go-to-market role.
- You have built and shipped at least 2 GTM systems or setups, in-house or as a freelancer.
- You work AI-native by default, for example with Claude Code, MCP servers, agent-based workflows, or comparable tooling.
- You are comfortable with APIs, webhooks, HTTP, integration debugging, and light back-end work.
- You have built with Supabase or a comparable database.
- You have built CRM workflows in Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable system.
- You have hands-on experience with ICP enrichment across multiple data sources, ideally with Clay plus custom or AI-based workflows.
- You speak fluent German and English.
- You care more about trusted data than pretty dashboards.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with n8n, Make, or comparable automation tools.
- Attio experience.
- Background in fast-scaling B2B SaaS.
- Experience moving from scratchy founder-built workflows to scalable GTM infrastructure.
You might be a fit if you
- Like ambiguous problems and turn them into working systems.
- Build simple first, then bigger, then complex.
- Care about measurable impact more than elegant internal architecture.
- Test what you ship instead of defending your first version.
- Actively seek feedback and iterate fast.
- Want ownership without waiting for permission.
- Have something outside of work that shows you do not do things halfway, whether that is competitive sports, a side project, or something completely different.
- See this as the path to owning RevOps and GTM Systems in a company that plans to scale hard.
What we offer
- Senior-level compensation plus meaningful equity.
- Direct ownership over the technical infrastructure of a fast-scaling GTM engine.
- Founder-level proximity to the most important commercial questions in the company.
- An AI-native stack from day one. If a tool makes the system better, we will get it.
- A front-row seat to building a category-defining company in one of Europe's largest and most underdigitized markets.
- A young, hungry, on-site team in Hamburg where people care deeply about their craft.
Why now
Patterno is past the demo stage. We are live with large customers in one of Europe's most critical and least digitized markets. The sales motion is working, pipeline is growing, and the GTM team is expanding.
The infrastructure behind that motion now needs to grow at the same speed. Today, many workflows still sit in founder-built systems, sharp hacks, and fragmented tools. Your job is to turn that into the engine for the next stage: clean data, faster cycles, better prioritization, stronger outbound, and a sales team that can scale without drowning in manual work.
We are building the company that makes sure every relevant tender reaches the right company at the right time. Procurement intelligence should not be locked behind manual research, outdated portals, and broken data.
Building from Europe
We believe Europe's long-term prosperity depends on a strong, sovereign technology ecosystem. More AI-first European companies need to compete globally.
Patterno is one of them. Our HQ is in Hamburg, our standards are global, and this role helps build the commercial machine that gets us there.
