Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the demand pipeline, shaping, prioritising, and managing demand into the supplier organisation for the delivery of project services and professional services.
- Work with customer stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and identify the appropriate resources, skills, and delivery approach.
- Shape and refine requirements to ensure demand is clearly defined, achievable, and aligned with business and technology priorities.
- Manage the placement and allocation of resources across multiple projects and service requirements, working closely with suppliers and delivery teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business, technology, and supplier stakeholders.
- Own stakeholder management, governance, reporting, and communication activities across the demand management lifecycle.
- Manage pipeline and capacity planning across multiple teams and suppliers, ensuring resources are aligned with current and future demand.
- Support project portfolio management, prioritisation, resource planning, and delivery tracking.
- Apply knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to ensure demand is appropriately managed through the service lifecycle.
- Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand upcoming demand, clarify requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
- Use ServiceNow to support demand, service management, workflow, and reporting activities; knowledge of ServiceNow is desirable.
- Identify capacity constraints, dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
