Requisites:
- Experience leading delivery of enterprise Identity and Access Management systems.
- Develop plans and schedules aligned with business needs, security requirements and enterprise architecture.
- Deliver integrated authentication and authorisation capabilities.
- Manage resources, scope, budget, timelines and quality.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, manage risks, resolve issues and remove delivery impediments.
- Coordinate business, technical, cyber security and vendor stakeholders.
- Communication skills with business stakeholders, peers and executives.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and government stakeholders.
- Experience with portfolio/program governance, reporting and documentation.
- Support procurement, recruitment and business engagement activities.
