Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Abu Dhabi. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for material sourcing and supply, coordinating with clients, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include planning project schedules, tracking milestones, managing documentation, and aligning procurement activities with contractual requirements. The role involves supervising expediting activities, coordinating inspections, monitoring logistics and shipping status, and proactively resolving any issues that may affect project delivery. The Project Manager will also prepare progress reports, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10 years Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication for multi-stage supply and construction projects.
- Expeditor and Expediting experience to monitor orders, follow up with suppliers, subcontractors and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Inspection expertise to coordinate and review product quality checks, certifications, and compliance with project specifications.
- Logistics Management skills to handle shipping schedules, documentation, port coordination, and delivery planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, PMP certified is preferred
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial supply sectors within UAE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and structured documentation practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office and PM-6 planning software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work on-site in KEZAD, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
