Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator role combines administrative support with project management, catering to the multifaceted needs of project teams to ensure effective implementation and delivery of project goals. The incumbent is responsible for supporting the execution and coordination of the Supply Chain projects, the implementation of process improvement programs and project execution.
The Project Coordinator acts as a pivotal point of support for team members (cross functional teams), ensuring steady progress and adherence to schedules.
- This includes organization, decision-making, communication and documentation flows in accordance with project management principles to ensure adherence to project management processes and improve the team efficiency. The assignment of responsibilities and projects depends on current business needs.
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Support in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, and schedules.
- Coordinating quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Monitoring and reporting project progress, as well as handling any issues that arise.
- Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder and project team meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met and determining any changes needed to complete the project on schedule.
- Analyzing risks and opportunities and handling them appropriately.
- Support the Supply Chain team to design and implement projects in time, cost and quality
- Cooperate closely with peers from the network or other stakeholders in several areas of Supply Chain in a collaborative setting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, likely in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating projects, timelines, deliverables, actions, risks, and stakeholders.
- Experience in supply chain in pharma, biotech or CMO industry.
