Job Title: Java Full Stack – React Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality GenAI, Java, and React full-stack applications.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture and technology decisions.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience in GenAI and Java/React Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Java 17+.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, backend services, and React applications.
- Good understanding of Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with GenAI application development and integration.
- Knowledge of modern AI/LLM-based application architectures.
