We're looking for a seasoned communications leader to serve as Director of Communications for Meta's Enterprise Business — someone who can amplify Meta's momentum with enterprise customers, shape the market narrative for Meta’s enterprise offerings, including Meta Business Agents and Paid Messaging, and drive strategic storytelling to analysts, enterprise media, and C-suite decision-makers.Meta's business platforms already reach hundreds of millions of businesses worldwide, and our messaging products have become essential infrastructure for how companies connect with their customers. Now we're scaling that foundation into a full enterprise go-to-market motion — one of the most significant growth opportunities in the company. This leader will build the communications function that carries that story to market: deepening our relationships with industry analysts, elevating our enterprise leaders as category voices, and turning customer and partner success into proof points that accelerate adoption.This is a rare opportunity to define a communications function at the ground floor of a high-growth business, with the reach and resources of Meta behind it. This role sits within Business & Engineering Communications and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing leadership.
Communications Director, Enterprise Business Responsibilities:
- Define and own Meta's enterprise communications strategy and narrative — spanning Meta Business Agents, Paid Messaging, and the integrated enterprise platform story — ensuring consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels.

Build and lead Meta's enterprise analyst relations program, securing inclusion and strong positioning in key industry reports (Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC) and establishing senior advisory relationships.

Develop and execute the executive visibility strategy for Meta's enterprise leaders, including speaking engagements, bylines, podcasts, and industry events.

Own communications strategy and execution for enterprise product launches, feature releases, and major milestones — from narrative development through media engagement and internal rollout.

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and B2B technology media

drive earned media strategy and serve as a senior spokesperson when needed.

Develop messaging frameworks that articulate Meta's enterprise-grade capabilities and differentiate our platform in a competitive category.

Lead communications for marquee enterprise moments, including flagship conferences and major product announcements.

Prepare and coach spokespeople — product leaders, engineering leads, and enterprise GMs — for media interviews, keynotes, analyst briefings, and customer-facing presentations.

Serve as senior communications counsel to enterprise leadership on reputational, competitive, and strategic matters, including reactive press inquiries on pricing, platform incidents, and customer-facing concerns.

Drive internal communications that keep a complex, fast-moving enterprise organization aligned across Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Partner with Partner and Customer Communications to convert lighthouse customer deployments and partner ecosystem wins into market-moving proof points.

Build and develop the enterprise communications team as the function scales.
Minimum Qualifications:

15+ years of communications experience, with significant depth in enterprise technology and demonstrated leadership at a senior level

In-house experience at a major B2B platform or enterprise technology company, including managing complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships

Proven track record building analyst relations programs and executive visibility platforms

Established relationships with enterprise and B2B technology media and industry analysts

Deep understanding of the enterprise buying cycle and demonstrated ability to translate technical platform capabilities into C-suite value propositions

Experience operating at scale in a large, matrixed organization, with executive presence and the ability to influence senior leadership

Exceptional writing, editorial judgment, and media relations skills

Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-moving, competitive environment

Strong judgment and experience navigating complex, high-stakes communications challenges
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience communicating AI or AI agent products to enterprise audiences

Experience in business messaging, conversational commerce, or CPaaS

Experience scaling a communications program for a fast-growing business line

Experience supporting go-to-market motions in priority international markets (India, Brazil, Mexico, Greater China)
