Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced or agency environment
- Solid understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and terminology (software development, infrastructure, data, etc
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Portuguese; English proficiency is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Based in São Paulo or willing to work in a hybrid model (on-site + remote)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred, not require
