The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help architect and scale the intelligence behind our conversational AI platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with founders and product teams to build production-ready AI systems that have real-world impact in healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and optimize AI models and neural network architectures
- Build and fine-tune NLP and conversational AI solutions
- Deploy and scale AI systems in production environments
- Improve model performance, pattern recognition, and decision-making capabilities
- Partner with product, engineering, and healthcare stakeholders on technical solutions
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and security best practices
- Mentor engineers and contribute to AI development standards
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Neural Networks, Deep Learning, and Pattern Recognition
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, conversational AI, and speech technologies
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and MLOps
- Familiarity with secure, compliant systems; healthcare experience is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
