Key Responsibilities:
Attendance & Payroll Management:
I. Manage end-to-end attendance processing and leave administration.
II. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, validation, and payroll processing activities.
III. Ensure accuracy of salary revisions, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
IV. Resolve employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and leave records.
Contract Employee Management:
I. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of contract employees.
II. Liaise with manpower agencies and contractors for workforce deployment.
III. Monitor contract employee attendance, billing, documentation, and compliance.
IV. Ensure contractor compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
V. Maintain contract employee records and agreements.
Statutory Compliance:
I. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
II. Manage PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, and other applicable statutory requirements
III. Coordinate statutory audits and inspections.
IV. Maintain compliance records, registers, and documentation.
V. Support implementation and monitoring of labor code-related requirements.
HR Database Management:
- Maintain and update employee records within HRIS and HR databases.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee information.
- Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.
- Manage employee documentation including joining, transfer, promotion, and separation records.
- Support HR audits through accurate record maintenance and reporting
VI. HR Operations & Administration:
I. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
II. Manage employee lifecycle activities including transfers, promotions, and exits.
III. Generate HR reports and metrics for leadership review.
IV. Ensure data quality within HR systems
V. Ensuring smooth exit process of permanent & contract workmen
VI. Leading new initiatives for process improvement
VII. Extending Support on Insurance claims for permanent & contract workmen
VIII. Maintaining statutory records
IX. Drive Engagement activities at shopfloor.
X. Involve in statutory audits with vendors
XI. Rewards & Recognition program for Blue Collar.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Social Work, Industrial Relations, Labour Management, Law, or related field.
II. Full time MSW from Tier 1 colleges
Experience
III. 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Compliance
IV. Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
V. Experience with HRIS systems and MS applications.
VI. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
VII. Experience in a fast-paced, multinational or matrix environment.
