About the Opportunity
A high-growth technology company is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to help improve legal workflows, systems, and processes. The work will involve hands on work designing, configuring, and implementing automations, integrations, and scalable workflows across the legal function.This person will partner with legal and business stakeholders to streamline processes, improve visibility, and connect tools across the company’s technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure legal operations workflows, automations and integrations
- Build and maintain custom integrations across legal and business systems
- Improve processes related to intake, matter tracking, approvals, reporting, and knowledge management
- Support the implementation and optimization of legal AI tools
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot workflows and integraionts
- Document workflows and provide practical guidance to internal users
- Partner cross-functionally with legal, sales, operations, and other business teams
Qualifications
- Experience in legal operations, legal technology, or an in-house legal environment
- Strong technical aptitude and experience building automated workflows
- Demonstrated hands-on experience personally building and configuring automated workflows and system integrations
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and low-code or no-code tools
- Ability to translate legal and business needs into practical technical solutions
- Strong project management, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Preferred Experience
Experience with several of the following tools is preferred:
- Harvey
- GC.AI
- Salesforce
- Slack
- Linear
- Gong
- n8n
- Zapier
Hands-on experience building custom workflows or integrations between these systems is particularly valuable.
Key Details
- Location: Remote
- Schedule: Part-time
- Duration: 3+ months engagement
- Compensation: $70 - $90 per hour
Required:
- Candidates should be able to work part time (20-30 hours per week).
- The budget is $70 - $90 per hour.
- The work will be performed remotely. The selected resource should be comfortable working independently while primarily supporting U.S. ET zone hours.
- The selected worker will be employed (W-2) by a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement.
