🚀 Freelance Mission: Senior Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Developer

📍 Location: Brussels, min. 2 days/week on-site after onboarding

We're looking for a senior D365 CE (Sales/Customer Engagement) developer to join a large-scale enterprise squad as technical reference. You'll take ownership of complex implementations end-to-end, guide solution design, and be the go-to expert for the team.

What you'll do

🔹 Own and deliver complex D365 CE & Dataverse implementations

🔹 Act as technical reference for the squad — solution design & development

🔹 Build custom solutions: plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, PCF controls, client-side extensions

🔹 Design integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP, Azure Functions, messaging patterns)

🔹 Troubleshoot performance issues & production incidents in enterprise-scale environments

🔹 Drive code quality through reviews, documentation, and enterprise standards

🔹 Support CI/CD (Azure DevOps), ALM best practices, and mentor junior devs

What we're looking for

✅ 5+ years of D365 CE & Sales development experience

✅ Strong hands-on skills in C# (.NET), JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

✅ Deep Dataverse knowledge: entities, relationships, business rules, security model, solution layering

✅ Experience with plugin pipeline (sync/async), web resources, PCF controls, custom APIs

✅ Integration experience: REST/SOAP, Azure Functions, Service Bus, OAuth/Azure AD

✅ Comfortable in enterprise-scale, multi-team, Agile/SAFe environments

✅ Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

✅ Microsoft Certified: D365 CE Developer / Functional Consultant

✅ Fluent English (written & spoken) — other languages a plus
