Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr Marketing Operations Specialist to support promotion execution across Retail and Ecommerce channels, customer data operations, and direct marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for configuring promotional offers, managing customer data processes for catalog marketing, and delivering recurring business reports. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong execution skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execution of Promotions (60%)
- Own the end-to-end execution of assigned promotional events, ensuring timely, accurate implementation across Retail and Ecommerce channels
- Interpret requests, instructions and disclaimers to set up promotion events in Predict Spring (for Retail), and / or Shopify (for Web)
- Prep and validate pricelists to set up product-level promotions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to test that promotions are working as expected based on requirements and expected consumer behavior
- Monitor promotion in production, and efficiently implement solutions to minimize impact to customers
- Develop and maintain documentation related to promotion execution
- Serve as the subject matter expert on promotion capabilities, partnering with Marketing, Retention, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to recommend the most effective execution approach while ensuring accurate implementation
- Data management for Direct Marketing: Catalog Mailing (30%)
- Set up production schedule based on marketing targets (e.g., audience, circulation, and in-home dates).
- Pull all relevant customer lists and purchase data and deliver to vendors for modeling and suppression.
- Partner with vendors to develop files, instructions, keycodes, and summary sheets.
- During the mailing process, ensure flawless execution of list selects and vendor data processing through extensive audits.
- Partner with IT and manager to execute in time
- Business Reporting & Operational Support (10%)
- Monthly retail customer data capture reporting
- Support reporting requests and business questions by gathering and organizing data to create ad hoc or ongoing reports
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, ecommerce operations, retail operations, data operations, or related business operations roles
- Experience with POS system or Shopify preferred
