Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Device Management Specialist to support and manage enterprise endpoint environments across Windows and macOS platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong scripting and automation skills, hands-on experience with endpoint management and provisioning solutions, and the ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve device management processes in a dynamic enterprise environment.
This role requires expertise with Bash scripting and extensive experience supporting both Windows and Mac devices. Experience with Microsoft Intune is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise endpoint environments across Windows and macOS devices.
- Administer and maintain endpoint provisioning, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management processes.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot endpoint issues involving operating systems, applications, security policies, and device configurations.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure endpoint reliability and compliance.
- Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, configurations, and best practices.
- Support software deployment, patch management, and device onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support guides.
- Participate in incident resolution and root-cause analysis activities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience supporting and administering Windows and macOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management and provisioning solutions.
- Proficiency in Bash scripting for automation and systems administration.
- Experience troubleshooting endpoint hardware, operating system, and application issues.
- Understanding of enterprise device management, security, and compliance practices.
- Experience working in a corporate IT or enterprise support environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools and modern device management practices.
- Experience with software deployment, patch management, and device compliance monitoring.
- Knowledge of identity and access management concepts.
