The Company
RegTech company who are expanding their applied AI capabilities and building out a new generation of production‑ready AI features.
The Role
This is an applied AI engineering role with a strong software engineering core. You’ll work on AI‑powered features that go into production, from building agent style workflows to integrating LLM components into core systems. You’ll design/build the pipelines, tooling, and infrastructure… embeddings, retrieval patterns, orchestration frameworks etc (LangChain style tooling), and evaluation methods for production agents.
It’s a remote first company, but you’ll need to be based in Ireland.
The Person
- 7+ years’ experience, and experience building GenAI‑powered products.
- Strong Python engineering skills.
- Experience with GenAI systems in production.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS ideal).
- Comfortable working with embeddings and retrieval‑augmented patterns.
- Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks.
