Job Description

We are seeking a Hospital Product Specialist to join our Pharma Business Unit and support a territory covering the following voivodeships Mazowieckie, Małopolskie, Podkarpackie, Lubelskie, and Podlaskie.

This role focuses on promoting an ARV portfolio and products dedicated to HIV treatment. It is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of healthcare innovation and contribute to improving patient outcomes in a highly specialized therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute territory activities in line with marketing strategy, company procedures, and ethical standards.

- Conduct sales calls and build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

- Deliver scientific and product information using approved promotional materials and omnichannel engagement tools.

- Organize and participate in meetings, presentations, expert events, and congresses to support business objectives.

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of CRM records, expense reports, adverse event reporting, contracts, and other administrative tasks.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local opportunities, and provide regular feedback to the manager.

- Achieve sales objectives while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

- Continuously develop professional knowledge and competencies.

Qualifications

- A university degree, preferably in life sciences or business.

- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales within a hospital setting.

- Self-motivation, energy, and a proactive attitude.

- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze problems and think creatively.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build excellent customer relationships.

- The ability to understand and discuss scientific data and arguments.

- A positive attitude, growth mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Good command of the English language.

- Strong computer and digital skills.

- A valid Category B driving license.
