Machine Operator/Warehouse Associate

The primary goal of this position is to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing machines to support continuous production and maintain high-quality standards. The associate will be responsible for preparing and setting up machinery according to production schedules, actively performing preventative maintenance, and responding promptly to machinery abnormalities to minimize downtime. The role also involves inspecting manufactured parts for defects, following safety protocols, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes within the work cell. Collaborating with the team to achieve daily operational goals and employing problem-solving techniques for permanent corrective actions are key components of this position.
