Overview of the role but not limited to:
- Process domestic and export orders accurately from order entry through resolution.
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Review orders, identify discrepancies, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Manage order-related inquiries and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across order management systems.
- Work in a process-driven environment while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Identify issues and support continuous improvement of order management processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in domestic/export order management, customer service, or related operations.
- Strong knowledge of order management and customer operations.
- Experience in a process-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and processing accuracy.
- ERP or order entry systems experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig.
- Willing to work day shifts, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
