Description
The team develops internal tools in the low-level domain, primarily using C/C++ and Python.
Their work is more on the backend side, bridging low-level and high-level environments, and increasingly integrating AI-powered capabilities to make these tools more efficient for engineers.
They support Apple's storage products and operate at the intersection of these domains — a critical function that requires strong multitasking, context switching, and collaboration with teams both in Israel and abroad.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design and develop complex backend features.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to improve and advance the product.
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide quick and thorough solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Experience & proficiency in C, C++, Python
- Strong Object-Oriented programming skills
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or an equivalent field
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling many priorities under tight timeframes
