You will own Volta's French content, community and executive-event engine, working directly with the founders and the French GTM team to turn our convictions, customer experience and industry expertise into content and experiences that matter to senior decision-makers.

Thought leadership

-
Turn the founders' ideas into sharp LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, reports and keynotes.

-
Interview founders, customers and experts to surface original stories and insights.

-
Help Volta own the conversation on AI execution and B2B transformation.

Online presence

-
Run the French editorial calendar across founder and company channels.

-
Launch recurring formats and the French newsletter.

-
Secure relevant media, podcast, conference and speaking opportunities.

Executive events

-
Create dinners, private roundtables, webinars and customer panels end to end.

-
Own concepts, guest lists, invitations, speakers, logistics and follow-up.

-
Turn every event into relationships, content and enterprise opportunities.

Community and pipeline

-
Build relationships with executives, operators, customers, partners and industry voices.

-
Design account-based plays with Sales and RevOps for strategic accounts.

-
Measure target-account engagement, meetings and influenced pipeline — not vanity metrics.

Background

-
5+ years of experience in content marketing, corporate/executive communications, or event marketing — ideally within B2B tech, SaaS or another enterprise, sales-driven industry. Agency-side or founder's-office experience is also relevant.

-
A senior individual-contributor, "0→1 builder" profile: we care less about your title and more about what you have personally written, organized and grown.

Must have

-
Exceptional written and spoken communication in French and English.

-
Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, memorable narratives that carry a founder's authentic voice.

-
Hands-on experience running executive events or gatherings end to end, from concept through follow-up.

-
Know-how in distributing content — media, podcasts, conferences, speaking — as well as producing it.

-
Fluent, daily use of AI tools for content production, research and workflow (e.g. ChatGPT/Claude, AI writing and editing assistants).

-
High bar for editorial quality and visual taste.

Nice to have

-
Experience in enterprise software, AI, B2B SaaS, industrial markets, distribution, supply chain, or founder-led marketing.

-
Familiarity with Volta's stack: HubSpot (CRM/marketing), Webflow or similar CMS, an event/webinar platform (e.g. Livestorm, Eventbrite), and LinkedIn-native content tools.

-
Working Italian, given direct coordination with Volta's Italy marketing counterpart.

-
Prior experience in a founder-led or early-stage/venture-backed environment.

You'll thrive if

-
You have a strong ownership mindset and drive initiatives personally, rather than only delegating execution.

-
You work autonomously with minimal guidance, while staying accountable for the freelancers you coordinate.

-
You collaborate well across founders, Sales, RevOps, Product and Customer Operations.

-
You're comfortable with ambiguity in a 0→1, fast-moving environment.

-
You hold a high bar without slowing the team down.

-
First interview — with Elsa, Chief of Staff.

-
Second interview — with Paul Guillemin, CEO.

-
Business case

-
Final meeting — at our Paris office.
