Role Overview
Looking for a Recruiter I to support full-cycle recruitment, primarily for entry-level and high-volume positions. This role will handle sourcing, screening, candidate communication, and partnership with hiring teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with recruiting policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and high-volume positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on hiring needs.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruiting events, TA projects, and process improvements.
- Ensure recruiting activities follow applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of recruiting or staffing experience.
- Experience with sourcing, screening, and interview techniques.
- Knowledge of recruiting processes and employment regulations.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with recruiting software/ATS and sourcing tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred
- High-volume or entry-level recruiting experience.
- Financial services, banking, or credit union experience.
- Strong adaptability and stakeholder management skills.
