The Associate Specialist in this position will support operations Linde’s Identity Management service. And interface with different teams to support Identity Management across Linde, he/she will be required to participate in the Global Projects as a project member, mainly in IAM, Authentication area, and GIMS service areas and support operations as per the defined processes and propose for betterments/improvements as required.

Making an impact. What will you do?
- Understand the Identity Management requirements and support IAM service
- The Associate Specialist in this position will support customization inputs necessary to align solution to organizations needs
- And you will be provisioning / deprovisioning identities in various connected target systems
- Also, attestation and Compliance Policies
- Work on collaboration with local & regional IS teams in delivering day to day Identity Management Services
- Be a part of support for IAM solution managing Tasks, incidents, changes.
- And you will be part of development team and work on development and enhancements.
- Will be required to support Root cause analyzes of upcoming errors / issues together with the engaged team (IAM development, security and compliance, application responsible)
- Further, you will ensure compliance to service and ensure that any deviations are handled in a timely manner
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- You should have minimum 12 months of relevant experience working in Identity Management Solutions, supporting operations (will be preferred)
- And willing to develop good technical knowledge in Identity Management Solutions & process, authentication and authorization related areas
- You must have experience in working in offshore, virtual / global teams would be appreciate
- And a degree or equivalent from a reputed institute
- Also, a formal training and/ or Certification in IAM technologies will be an added advantage
