The role includes handling ongoing activities in car and home insurance, working with insurance company systems, using CRM systems, and providing professional customer service, while working independently and taking responsibility for day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in car and home insurance - mandatory
- Familiarity and experience working with insurance company systems- mandatory
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Excel knowledge - an advantage
- Strong customer service skills, responsibility, and ability to work independently
