Location: Richmond, VA - Hybrid -3x on site and 2x remote
Duration: 12 months + possible extension
Pay Rate Range: $30-35/hr. W2
Qualifications & Description:
*Must have two or more years of experience executing digital campaigns across email, site/app, push or text. Experience with HTML and performing QA for digital campaigns*
Ideal Candidate Profile
Platform & HTML Basics: Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and basic HTML to fix simple layout or text formatting issues.
Multi-Channel Work: Basic understanding of execution across Email, SMS, Site/App, and Push notifications.
Attention to Detail & QA
Basic Troubleshooting: Ability to spot and fix simple errors like broken links, image rendering issues, or misaligned text across desktop and mobile.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build and configure digital messages within internal systems
- Upload messages into the designated tool
- Test messages using test accounts prior to deployment
- Review content for accuracy and identify issues before release
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects or inconsistencies
- Work with business partners to implement messaging requests
- Ensure high-quality, error-free message deployments
