Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Floating Banker (Hastings Branch) to provide back-up teller and banker support across multiple branches. The role involves processing client transactions accurately while delivering friendly, professional service. Candidates will assist clients in reaching their financial goals through seamless in-branch interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process client transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries with precision and care.
• Provide backup teller and banker support to multiple branches as needed, ensuring consistent service standards.
• Assist clients in opening new accounts, resolving issues, and navigating banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance protocols for all financial transactions.
• Represent the bank professionally, fostering trust and delivering solutions aligned with client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience in retail banking, teller operations, or client-facing financial roles is required.
• Strong proficiency in cash handling, transaction processing, and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients of all backgrounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional branch coverage as assigned.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and adherence to banking regulations.
