About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect with strong expertise in Dynamics CRM implementation, Plugins, Power Automate, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing large-scale Dynamics 365 environments with a strong focus on performance and production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM solutions.
- Lead end-to-end CRM implementations, integrations, and technical architecture.
- Develop and optimize Dynamics 365 Plugins, Workflows, and business logic.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Power Automate flows.
- Analyze and improve Model-Driven App and form performance.
- Troubleshoot production performance issues, failures, timeouts, and latency.
- Monitor and optimize synchronous and asynchronous plugin/workflow execution.
- Analyze Form Load Times, including Cold vs. Warm loads and XHR requests.
- Review CRUD and non-CRUD operation durations and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot Power Automate flow failures, suspended flows, throttling, and billable actions.
- Analyze SQL timeouts, slow read queries, and platform performance issues.
- Monitor Async Operation data/file size and PrincipalObjectAccess (POA) data growth.
- Work with managed environment features and establish platform health monitoring practices.
- Analyze API throttling, Service Protection Limits, and latency across regions/countries.
- Drive proactive performance governance, monitoring, and optimization for enterprise Dynamics environments.
