Position: Clinical SAS Programmer
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Noida
Salary: Up to 30 LPA

Key Requirements:
- Experience in leading a team of Statistical Programmers for a compound, indication, or therapeutic area
- Strong proficiency in SAS and/or R programming for programming and validation of ADaM datasets, Tables, Listings & Figures (TFLs), and statistical analyses
- In-depth understanding of SAS programming concepts and techniques across the drug development process and clinical study lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of CDISC standards, particularly SDTM/ADaM, with exposure to therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immunology, Neuroscience, etc.
- Experience with regulatory submissions/filings, including preparation of Reviewer’s Guides and Data Definition Documents
- Experience developing and overseeing SAS programs for ADaM datasets and TFLs
- Ability to ensure consistency and quality of ADaM datasets across individual studies and integrated data
- Experience developing standard SAS Macros and contributing to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strong skills in resource planning, effort estimation, project delivery, and timeline management
- Ability to provide technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to Statistical Programmers, Statistical Analysts, and Senior Statistical Analysts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Statisticians, Clinical Data Management, Medical Writing, Regulatory Publishing, and Clinical Operations teams
