The Role
We're seeking an experienced AI Automation & CRM Systems Specialist. This role is designed for an exceptional hands-on builder and executor who can connect the dots, ask smart questions, identify gaps, and independently execute complex technical solutions through completion.
You'll play a key role in building the systems, workflows, and automation infrastructure that powers the next stage of growth — spanning GoHighLevel/Topline CRM development, AI agents and automation, and data integration and business intelligence.
Location: Must be in The Philippines – Remote.
Environment: Philippines and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Time zone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CDT.
Contract: Full-time independent contractor engagement anticipated to last approximately six months, with potential to evolve.
Requirements
- Education: Relevant hands-on technical experience is the priority.
- Experience: 2-5+ years of substantial, hands-on GoHighLevel experience, with demonstrated experience building complex workflows and automations beyond basic campaigns and funnels; portfolio or concrete examples of GoHighLevel systems personally architected, built, tested, and maintained; demonstrated hands-on experience building AI agents and production AI workflows, beyond simply using ChatGPT or other generative AI applications; significant experience building business process automations using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- Skills: Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, data mapping, conditional logic, system integrations, and workflow orchestration; strong understanding of AI workflow concepts such as tool/function calling, structured outputs, prompt and context design, knowledge/retrieval systems, human-in-the-loop workflows, error handling, and monitoring; experience building dashboards, automated reporting, and business intelligence solutions (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar); strong understanding of CRM architecture, pipelines, data hygiene, tagging, custom fields, and lifecycle automation; experience with databases, SQL, or data warehouses strongly preferred.
- Characteristics: Exceptional critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, naturally asking questions and thinking several steps downstream; strong attention to detail and thorough self-testing before calling work complete; comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment; strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, troubleshoot, and optimize sophisticated workflows within Topline/GoHighLevel across sponsorship, nominations, awards, membership, events, and other business processes, translating requirements into triggers, pipelines, sequences, and follow-up logic.
- Design and build end-to-end AI-powered workflows, AI agents, and agentic workflows capable of completing multi-step work, accessing business data, and escalating exceptions requiring human judgment.
- Build integrations and workflow orchestration between GoHighLevel and systems such as Asana, Stripe, Google Workspace, document-signing platforms, and other tools using APIs, webhooks, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Connect data across systems to build automated dashboards and reporting that give leadership visibility into KPIs, pipeline performance, and program metrics, validating data accuracy through QA processes.
- Translate high-level process architecture into detailed technical requirements, own projects from requirements through build, testing, documentation, launch, and iteration, and troubleshoot independently to identify root causes.
