Overview / Objectives:
The Electronic Design & Development Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, validation, and optimization of electronic products. The role requires hands-on experience in analog and digital circuit design, electronic component selection, schematic development, simulation, and product validation. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

Educational / Technical Qualification: B.E/B.TECH in Electronics Engineering

Special Requirements (if any)
• Proficiency in Electronics.
• Experience with electronics circuit and debugging.
• Knowledge of LT Spice, PCB design and layout software.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART).
• Understanding of analog and digital circuit design.
Preferred Domain Exposure • Industrial Electronics, Consumer Electronics, Automotive Electronics, Embedded Hardware Design, or Product Development Environment.
Description Strategic
• Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits.
• Select and evaluate active and passive electronic components for product development.
• Create schematics and perform circuit simulations using industry-standard tools.
• Support complete product development lifecycle from concept through production.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure product performance, reliability, and overall success.
Operational
• Conduct product analysis, benchmarking, and design improvements.
• Develop electronic hardware designs as per product specifications.
• Prepare and maintain BOMs, support component costing, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
• Generate technical documentation, test reports, and engineering records.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and project teams during product development.
