Artwork Coordinator (Junior) – Packaging Projects – Global Dermatology
About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Artwork Coordinator to join a global project supporting one of the world's leading companies in dermatology.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to develop expertise in packaging, artwork and project coordination within a highly international environment.
Working closely with experienced Artwork Leads and cross-functional stakeholders, you will support the coordination of artwork creation and update projects across multiple markets and manufacturing sites, ensuring projects progress smoothly and deadlines are met.
What You'll Be Doing
Support Artwork Projects
- Assist in coordinating artwork creation and modification projects from brief to approval
- Review incoming requests and ensure required information is available
- Help prepare artwork briefs for graphic production teams
- Track project progress and follow up on actions and approvals
- Support artwork implementation across multiple markets and production locations
Work with Global Stakeholders
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Design teams
- Support communication between affiliates, project managers and graphic teams
- Follow up on open topics and help resolve day-to-day project queries
- Ensure stakeholders are informed of project status and key milestones
Manage Artwork Information
- Support the maintenance of artwork data and documentation
- Update project information and records within artwork management systems
- Assist with approval workflows and document control processes
- Help ensure artwork information is accurate and up to date
Plan and Monitor Activities
- Support project tracking and workload planning
- Identify potential delays or missing information and escalate when needed
- Assist with KPI reporting and project administration
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Artwork, Packaging, Marketing Operations, Production Coordination or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Exposure to packaging, artwork, design or print production environments
- Experience working with regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, cosmetics or FMCG
- Familiarity with project tracking systems or workflow tools
- Knowledge of artwork approval processes or packaging development
