Vention is an AI-Enabled Delivery and Agentic Engineering partner. We help companies build new products and redesign how existing software is delivered. We meet clients where they are in AI adoption – from a first use case to AI-enabled delivery at scale.
We’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of our long-term projects for the US public sector.
About the project
Vention has been developing this enterprise product together with the client for more than a decade. Today, around 50 people on our side work on the project, and the team continues to grow.
The platform has evolved into an ecosystem of 20+ interconnected products, with multiple teams working across shared workflows, data, APIs, and integrations.
The public-sector environment brings additional product complexity around accessibility, auditability, data handling, reliability, and processes used across large organizations.
The engineering team is also already working with AI-enabled delivery at scale, including AI-generated code and tests, Claude Code, domain agents, reusable skills, and internal engineering workflows.
What you’ll do
• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area
• Run product discovery, including customer interviews, user research, and market analysis
• Translate insights into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities
• Define and own product metrics, analytics, dashboards, and experiments
• Work closely with engineering and design throughout the full product lifecycle
• Balance customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, and delivery effort
• Coordinate stakeholders and communicate product decisions, trade-offs, progress, and outcomes
• Plan and coordinate go-to-market for new capabilities
What you bring
• 4+ years of Product Management experience, including a track record with ERP systems at scale
• Experience owning a product area end to end, from strategy and discovery through launch and iteration
• Strong analytical skills and experience defining metrics and working with product data
• Hands-on experience with A/B tests and product experiments
• Strong roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
• Ability to turn ambiguous, complex problems into structured, actionable plans
• English at **B2 level or higher**
A technical background or fluency with **APIs and system architecture** is a significant advantage. Experience with **AI-powered or data-heavy products** is a plus.
What you’ll have at Vention
• Access to GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other approved AI tools used in project delivery
• Access to Vention EDU, our global engineering community of 600+ members, with around three talks, workshops, or meetups every week
• The option to join our dedicated AI learning track or contribute to EDU as a mentor or speaker
• Support for relevant AI and cloud certifications and external professional training, where agreed as part of the cooperation
• Access to 30+ technical learning paths, internal knowledge-sharing, and mentorship opportunities
• Collaboration with experienced technical and delivery leads, many of whom come from hands-on engineering backgrounds
