About SemantiSys We build the deterministic AI layer for airworthy maintenance. We turn OEM technical data (S1000D/SGML/PDF) into governed task cards/kits and scan‑time checks with industry‑standard AR smart glasses guidance and audit‑proof evidence.
What you’ll own
LLMs at scale: data → train/fine‑tune (SFT/PEFT/RLHF/RLAIF) → eval → deploy; retrieval and agentic tool‑use with safety/guardrails
CV/document understanding for shop‑floor use (detection/segmentation/tracking; OCR/SGML/PDF parsing)
Architecture to take prototypes → secure, multi‑tenant cloud SaaS (reliability, observability, rollouts/incidents)
Pipelines for S1000D/ATA, ERP/MMS boundary integrations, evidence/audit trails
Build and lead a high‑bar team across backend, ML, AR/UX, integrations, DevSecOps
Must‑have experience
Based in Norway or willing to relocate; on‑site ~3 days/week when in country
End‑to‑end LLM training at scale (beyond API orchestration): dataset curation, fine‑tuning, eval harnesses, deployment
Agentic architectures (planning, tool‑use, retrieval) with safety/guardrails and offline/online evaluation
Industrial CV and OCR/SGML/PDF pipelines for S1000D/ATA workflows
Aerospace/MRO familiarity (aero engine maintenance context, shop‑floor constraints)
Track record: demo/POC → secure, reliable, multi‑tenant SaaS in production
Cloud/k8s/IaC/CI‑CD; security‑by‑design; cost control; strong Python (PyTorch/JAX), ML Ops (MLflow/W&B)
Nice to have
AR smart glasses toolchains/streaming (OpenXR, gstreamer, low‑latency video, voice UX)
Ontologies/rules engines; ERP/MMS integrations; evidence/ledger pipelines
Compensation
Equity‑first co‑founder role
Vesting: 5‑year vesting with a 24‑month cliff (no vesting before month 24), then monthly
Salary: industry‑standard salary to begin after completion of the Seed funding round (target 12–18 months), or earlier if revenue permits
