We’re looking for a skilled Graduate Calibration Engineer, Calibration Engineer or Senior Calibration Engineer to support the development of our future motorcycle model ranges and expansion into global market. You will contribute to the development of advanced engine control systems, including Drive-by-Wire and traction control, while helping deliver compliance with evolving emissions standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Produce ECU Calibrations
- Emissions test motorcycles
- Test vehicle evaporative emissions
- Collect logged data of system operation
- Evaluate drivability and system functions
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong understanding of engines
- Basic electrical knowledge,
- Strong analytical skills
- Methodical approach to calibration
- Maths & English GCSE (C/4+) plus higher‑level engineering qualifications or direct experience in the calibration and application of engine management systems.
