Your role in our team
As our new Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of tasks and have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice when supporting our recruitment processes end to end.
You will actively contribute and grow both professionally as well as personal alongside other passionate Interns and Students as part of Terma’s internal talent pipeline.

How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your tasks can be adjusted to your professional interests, allowing you to shape your internship, expand your skills, and take on new challenges. Some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Writing and posting job ads on relevant platforms
- Maintaining and improving recruitment documents and templates
- Planning and coordinating interviews
- Assisting with CV and phone screenings
- Contributing to projects and initiatives that enhance the recruitment process
